My name is Vicki Taylor, Chief Executive of our new Local Health District which commenced operations on 1 January 2011.

I will be working with the Local Health District Board, local clinicians and our community to provide the best possible health care to the people of The Northern Sydney Local Health District.

Local Health Districts have come about as a result of the NSW Government’s support for national health reform. NSW was the first state in Australia to implement these new locally managed health Districts.
