An exciting and challenging role is available for a self-motivated and innovative Registered Nurse looking to step up to the next level and join the team in the RAH Thoracic Procedure Suite.

Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the board, you will be responsible for assisting with the provision of professional high quality patient care aimed at improving patient health outcomes. With the opportunity to use a variety of skills, your duties will involve assessing patients’ needs, planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate service delivery options and communicating changes in condition and care, in addition to monitoring client care plans and participating in clinical auditing and evaluative research to ensure appropriate patient care outcomes are being achieved. Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate. Good organisation skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision. You will also possess good communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
