The Diabetes Dietitian will provide and maintain a high standard of service to patients through demonstrated clinical expertise and knowledge in patient focused, outcome directed care, according to professional standards. This position will be required to provide clinical services to patient groups and circumstances of a complex nature requiring advanced practice skills, in an outpatient setting.
