As a joint director of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Services, you will work in partnership with the Clinical Director Mental Health to provide strategic and operational leadership, governance and direction for nursing services within Mental Health Services. Utilising your wealth of clinical knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for leading the development and ensuring the effectiveness of systems to support, evaluate and continuously improve nursing practice, patient care and healthy work environments.

As a Service Co-Director, you will be jointly responsible for the development of service plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), along with the management of a significant Services budget within delegations of authority.
