Joining a dynamic multidisciplinary team at Mount Gambier Hospital, you will provide direct nursing care and individual case management to patients on a shift by shift basis. Your primary duties will involve assessing individual patient needs, planning and implementing or coordinating appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate. Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice will hold you in good stead for this role. You will have exceptional communication skills which enable you to work with individuals and families for positive health outcomes and foster productive working relationships both internally and externally. Good organisation skills are required, and you will be able to prioritise workload and approach issues within the healthcare setting with creativity, innovation and flexibility.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
