About the role:
Our Registered Nurses provide a high standard of clinical care and inspire our residents to ensure that they age positively. You will provide clinical care whilst supervising care workers in providing exceptional care for our residents. You will undertake client assessments, monitor clients’ care needs and provide treatment as required. As part of your role, you will assist with evaluating care plans, process Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) reporting while meeting any legislative and organisational requirements.

To be successful you will have:
A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care environment
Sound verbal and written communication skills, with evidence of capacity to document professionally
Comprehensive knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
Empathy and understanding of the needs of seniors
A demonstrated willingness to work as part of a team
