Joining the Community Nursing Team for the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, you will contribute to the delivery of high quality Out of Hospital nursing services to clients in the community setting. Assessing individual clients’ health care needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate services with other disciplines or agencies. You will also provide valuable health promotion and education to clients or groups and carers to improve the health outcomes of each individual. It is expected that you will provide support and guidance to newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and other workers providing basic nursing care. Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.

This is a part time vacancy, working 64 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Screening/Check and specific immunisation requirements.
