Experienced Practice Nurse

Overview

Come join our friendly and supportive team of GP’s, Practice Nurse and medical receptionists. Beckenham Medical Centre has been providing excellent health service for the last few decades, becoming a well established and loved part of the local community.

We are a fully computerised and accredited facility with a pharmacy next door and an onsite pathology collection centre.  Our loyal and varied patient base provides our practitioners with an engaging and fulfilling working environment.

Duties would include:

• Triaging
• Immunisations
• Wound care
• Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans)
• Patient recalls and reminders
• Health Assessments
• Procedure Assistance
• Spirometry/ECG
• Infection Control
• Equipment sterilising
• Clinical Stock management (including Vaccines)

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in General Practice
• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Being able to Multitask
• Excellent communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Time Management Skills
• Team work
• Efficiency using Best Practice
• Flexibility and Reliability with working hours
• CPR training
• WA Health Immunisation Certificate

Successful candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 before commencing.
