We are a 100-bed aged care facility at Stawell, Victoria, located on the edge of the world-famous Grampians National Park.  Aged care in Australia is shifting for the better, and we want to contribute to exciting changes to the way the sector delivers health and wellbeing to aged people.

We’re building a new clinical team and doing exciting new things in our friendly and caring setting and have full-time and part-time positions available.

About you:

• You share our vision that aged care is vital, and the aged deserve the best
• You have attention to detail in best practice nursing and clinical care
• You have empathy for aged people and understand principles of person-centred care
• You enjoy applying your nursing skills to make a positive difference to people
• You have experience in care planning, assessments, reviews, and documentation
• You are a leader who works collaboratively with colleagues and other health professionals
