Achieving the best health outcomes for our patients starts with expecting the best from ourselves, and right now Northland DHB is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Surgical Outpatients Department at Whangarei Hospital.

This position is an exciting dynamic leadership role that is pivotal to the delivery of a high standard of patient care.

You will need excellent time management skills, have well developed interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to role model our organisational values.

Working within the Senior Nursing team both within the wider DHB and in Surgical and Support Services will give you the opportunity to grow as a Nurse leader in a supportive environment and take your career to the next level.

Previous experience working in surgical nursing is essential along with clinical knowledge relevant to outpatients services and experience in a nursing leadership role.
