    • $84,870 – $107,279 p.a – Ongoing Full Time – RN/M2C
    • $72,651 – $99,129 p.a – Ongoing Full Time – RN/M1

Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a RN/M2C or RN/M1, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience. 

The Role

In this essential role as a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you’ll provide mental health nursing services across diverse health settings, building on your experience and further studies as you develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner.

You’ll take accountability for your practice standards, oversee delegated activities, and guide less experienced staff in their development. While your role will primarily focus on clinical care, you’ll also have the opportunity to take on portfolio responsibilities that align with your career development goals, as determined during your performance review.

As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you’ll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, recovery-oriented services within our multidisciplinary Local Health Network Mental Health service. You’ll tailor your care to meet the unique needs of consumers and the community, making a meaningful impact on their lives. As you grow from a novice to a proficient professional, you’ll take accountability for your nursing care standards and the activities you delegate.

In this dynamic role, you’ll enhance your skills through continuous professional development while providing integrated clinical mental health care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. You’ll engage in individual and family therapies, group programs, health promotion, and community initiatives.

Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

Must hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.
