About the role

Exciting opportunities are available for Registered Nurses and Clinical Nurses to join our dedicated team at Loxton Hospital Complex, where you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care aimed at enhancing patient health outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you’ll deliver direct nursing care and individual case management in a specific clinical area, gaining increasing autonomy. In the Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) role, you’ll focus on clinical duties while taking on additional portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development and performance review.

Eligibility

Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either an RN/M1 or RN/M2C, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience. 

All applicants must be:

  • registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • effective communicators including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family centred care.
  • creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting.

To be considered for the higher classification RN/M2C, applicants must also have at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
