About the Role
RN-1 In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will provide nursing services within a supportive health care setting, progressing from a novice to a proficient practitioner. You will consolidate your clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development and hands-on experience, all while delivering safe, high-quality care. As a valued team member, you’ll take accountability for your own practice and contribute to the effective delegation and supervision of care activities—ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.
RN-2 As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services across a variety of health care settings, drawing on your consolidated experience and/or further study to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will be accountable for maintaining professional practice standards, overseeing delegated activities, and supporting the development of less experienced staff. While your role will remain primarily clinical, you will also be assigned a portfolio aligned with your interests and career goals—offering opportunities to contribute to broader service improvements and develop your leadership capabilities.
