About the Role
Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing and/or midwifery services in a variety of health settings, working from a novice level to becoming a proficient professional. You will have the opportunity to consolidate your skills, grow your knowledge, and advance through continuous professional development and experience. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering high standards of care and for overseeing tasks delegated to others, ensuring quality and compassionate care is provided at all times.
Enrolled Nurse
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Working under their guidance, but always accountable for your own practice, you will assist in ensuring patient care meets regulatory and statutory standards. This role is suited for those at various stages of their career, from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurses, offering the opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
About You
We are seeking dedicated individuals who meet the following key criteria:
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse: Eligible for registration or enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practising certificate.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Team Player with Flexibility: Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing healthcare needs.
- Knowledgeable and Skilled: Understanding of nursing standards, legislation, and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
