This role offers you the opportunity to consolidate your expertise while making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.

In this dynamic position, you’ll take on accountability for your own nursing standards and lead by example, ensuring that delegated activities are carried out to the highest quality. RN-2   Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Nurse (CN) and immerse yourself in the rewarding world of mental health nursing. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide compassionate care across various settings within the Mental Health Care Program (MHCP). Drawing from your experience and further study, you’ll evolve from a competent to a proficient practitioner, embracing ongoing professional development. You’ll take ownership of your practice standards while also mentoring and guiding less experienced staff, creating a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritises patient well-being.

Your role will primarily focus on clinical responsibilities, but you’ll also have the chance to engage in projects that align with your career development plan and the goals of the MHCP. This could include opportunities in clinical teaching, research, and contributing to the development of essential clinical protocols and guidelines. If you’re passionate about mental health and eager to make a lasting impact in the community, we invite you to bring your skills and dedication to our team.
