About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to join CALHN Heart & Lung Program in their dynamic and highly skilled Cardiac Catheterisation Teams at the Cardiac Cath lab at the new QEH Redevelopment opened in July 2024. As a Registered Nurse you will provide nursing services, within a procedural suite environment, as part of the dynamic multidisciplinary cardiac catheterisation laboratory (CCL) team within CALHN. In this role you will develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of professional practice in the CCL specialty.  You will consolidate specialty CCL knowledge and skills, developing in capability through continuous professional development and experience. As a Registered Nurse you will accept accountability for your own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others.

Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
