Are you a skilled, compassionate nurse with a passion for leadership in aged care? Crestview Hostel is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience: Proven experience in leading teams, managing staff, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
