SA Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Theatre Nurse (RN2C) to join our dynamic team at the Eyre and Western region, based in the Port Lincoln Hospital unit within the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.
As a member of our esteemed healthcare organisation, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional nursing and midwifery services in a theatre health setting. This role consolidates your experience and furthers your professional development, allowing you to progress from a competent to a proficient practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality nursing and midwifery services in a theatre environment.
– Accept accountability for your own practice standards and activities delegated to others.
– Provide guidance and support for the development of less experienced staff.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and service delivery.
In this Clinical Nurse role, your responsibilities will predominantly revolve around clinical duties, but you will also be assigned appropriate portfolios aligned with your career development plan and performance reviews.
Requirements:
– Registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
– Current practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
