Join Our Team as an Enrolled Nurse!
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be a crucial member of our healthcare team, supporting the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering exceptional person-centred care that meets all regulatory and statutory requirements. Your practice will span from novice to proficient levels, offering you the opportunity to grow and refine your skills in a supportive environment.
In this collaborative role, you will work under the guidance of the Registered Nurse/Midwife, taking initiative and ownership of your actions while remaining accountable for the nursing and midwifery care you provide. Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Care: Demonstrate knowledge and skill in assessing, caring for, and performing routine procedures within your area of practice.
- Decision Making: Under the guidance of a registered nurse, make informed decisions and take initiative to plan and execute nursing care tasks within your scope of practice.
- Patient Engagement: Provide person-centred care by actively engaging with patients and clients.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of care.
- Team Support: Assist and collaborate with other health care team members in providing care, including supervising the work of AINs and students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Nursing Qualification: Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
- Nursing Experience: Proven experience providing nursing care in a healthcare setting, adhering to relevant standards of practice.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Applicant Information
This is a part time vacancy, working 40 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
