The Role
Step into a pivotal role as a Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager and harness your clinical expertise to orchestrate exceptional patient and client care within a dynamic Health Unit or Community Service. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of patient care coordination, driving continuity and elevating the quality of outcomes through your leadership.

Your focus will be on guiding and managing a team of nursing/midwifery professionals and multi-disciplinary experts, ensuring that all activities are aligned with best practices and policies. You will be accountable for delivering outstanding care, addressing any inconsistencies, and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

This is a part time vacancy, working 48 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
