Are you a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to provide person-centred care in our Surgical Ward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses/Midwives to deliver high-quality nursing care.
- Work under direct or indirect supervision while maintaining accountability for your actions.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships within the healthcare team.
- Prioritise workload effectively and report changes in patients’ clinical conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practicing certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience in providing nursing care according to established standards.
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care.
- Understanding of the Enrolled Nurse’s role within the healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, industrial agreements, standards, codes, ethics, and competency standards.
