Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect patient/client care, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Assess individual needs and develop, implement, and coordinate tailored care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide person-centred nursing care and case management on a shift-by-shift basis, gaining increasing autonomy over time.
  • Plan and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies to meet individual health care needs effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse who is either registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a current practising certificate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
  • Creativity and flexibility in addressing challenges within a healthcare setting.
  • A commitment to providing consumer/client and family-centred care.
  • Demonstrated competence in nursing practice according to established standards.
