Yorke and Lower North Community Health Service is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic Community Health team. What we’re looking for:

  • Registered Nurse eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Hold or eligible to hold a current practicing certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience in relevant area of nursing practice
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
