About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Midwife Unit Manager to join our Birthing and Assessment Unit team. As an Associate Midwife Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the midwifery team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive team culture, promoting best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of midwifery services. You will work closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate OR registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
