About the Role:
The division of medicine is seeking a Clinical Nurse with excellent assessment, asthma management and communication skills – flexible working, part-time and work-from-home options available!
The asthma in the north project, supported by Asthma South Australia, seeks to co-design a model of care with patients and clinicians, supported by a digital platform, to reduce avoidable hospital attendances and improve the care of children and adults with severe asthma.
We are looking for Clinical Nurses with chronic disease management, clinical assessment and care planning skills to deliver the asthma in the north project and support other telehealth initiatives. You will be a part of a small team and you will lead the day-to-day operations of the division of medicine’s telehealth programs.
As a part of the division of medicine telehealth team, the Clinical Nurse will be responsible for:
- the day-to-day operation of telehealth programs, including research components, supporting other team members and communications with clinical teams
- recruitment and onboarding of telehealth program participants
- remote assessment, monitoring, and care planning for participants in telehealth programs
There is the opportunity to work flexibly within these roles, which could include part-time, school-hours and other flexible arrangements. In addition, the successful candidate has the opportunity to complete a postgraduate qualification by clinical research at no cost.
