About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to embark on a career with the Geriatric Evaluation Management Unit. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our esteemed elderly population.
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to our geriatric patients. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for our valued patients.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
