As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care while remaining accountable for your actions. Work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and Program Nurses to ensure the highest standards of care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing services across various health and community settings. You’ll assess patient needs, implement care plans, and coordinate services with other disciplines. You’ll also mentor student nurses and support your peers, fostering a collaborative environment.
In the role of Clinical Nurse, you’ll maintain a strong clinical focus while taking on portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development goals.
About You

- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.

Essential Criteria
All applicants must be:
- Must be enrolled/registered or eligible for enrolment/registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Have experience and assessment of a consumer
- Have wound care experience
- Have experience working with limited supervision
Enrolled Nurse classification requires 2 years’ experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the
appropriate standards of practice.
To be considered for the RN2C classification the Registered Nurse must have at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience, with demonstrated experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
