About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proficiency in achieving results through effective leadership, delegation, and teamwork;
  • Demonstrated capacity to address multiple issues simultaneously;
  • Skill in analysing choices, making decisions, and enacting policies;
  • Proven adeptness in instigating and managing change within complex, evolving environments;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution proficiencies.

Essentia Criteria

Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as Nurse/Nurse-Midwife with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate with:

  • five years post-registration experience;
  • qualifications or extensive, recent senior management experience in finance;
  • experience in implementing new systems and significant change introduction;
  • possesses substantial senior management experience, including personnel, finance, strategic planning, and leadership;
  • Demonstrated expertise in innovative service delivery and driving workplace change for agreed outcomes.
