Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are looking for dedicated and passionate Registered Nurses to join our Casual Pool. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential nursing services in a supportive health service setting, growing from novice to proficient practitioner while making a real difference in patient care.

As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Deliver direct, person-centred nursing care, with increasing autonomy as you grow in your role.
  • Coordinate services with multidisciplinary teams to meet individual health care needs.
  • Take accountability for your nursing standards and support the development of others.

Essential Criteria

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
  • Effective communication skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Creative and flexible approach to addressing challenges in healthcare settings.
  • Commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and experience with computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
