Are you passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred care in a dynamic healthcare environment? We’re seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team at Murray Bridge Soldiers Memorial Hospital, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Registered Nurses and Midwives in delivering high-quality care to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be responsible for providing nursing care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse/Midwife, ensuring that all clinical practice aligns with statutory and regulatory standards. You will work in a supportive, team-based environment, caring for clients with diverse needs and cultural backgrounds, while building your clinical skills and professional expertise. You’ll also be involved in recognising and responding to clinical deterioration, providing evidence-based care, and contributing to ongoing quality management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a valid practicing certificate, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A keen ability to prioritise tasks, monitor patient conditions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care and contributing to the wellbeing of clients.
