Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in perioperative care? We want you! Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Perioperative Nurse (RN/M1 or RN/M2C) to deliver exceptional, person-centred care in a perioperative setting, including scrub/scout, recovery/anaesthetics and admission/discharge. As a Perioperative Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, assess and implement therapeutic interventions, and support change management initiatives. What We’re Looking For:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and meet relevant professional standards.
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years’ full-time equivalent post-registration experience (RN/M2 classification).
- Demonstrated proficiency in nursing practice and leadership, including supervising student nurses and less experienced staff.
- Ability to manage patient care plans and contribute to the overall quality of patient care.
- Competence with computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) to manage documentation and reports.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, driving consistency in care delivery and patient flow.
