- Salary: $114,560 – $119,682 p.a – Ongoing Full Time – RNM3
Using your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide pivotal coordination of patient care delivery within the Residential Care Facility at Waikerie Health Service. The main focus of your role will be the line management, coordination and leadership of nursing care to achieve continuity and quality of client care. Undertaking a combination of client care, team leadership and resource management. As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide a direct line report and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships within all members of the health care team. Accountable for the outcomes of nursing and midwifery practice, you will address inconsistencies between practice and policy and develop team performance and a positive workplace culture in the interest of client outcomes.
You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
