Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse or Midwife ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse/Midwife to provide person-centred care in a variety of health service settings. In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will:
- Provide expert clinical care and case management for patients/clients in a defined clinical area.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of positive patient outcomes through care plans.
- Lead and support a team of nurses/midwives, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager (NUM/MUM) with managing day-to-day operations, including performance management, recruitment, rostering, and financial oversight.
- Promote quality care and assist in implementing best practice changes across the unit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years of post-registration experience or classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
- Proven leadership experience, including supervising less experienced staff and fostering a positive, team-driven environment.
- Expertise in community nursing practice and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
