About Hammill House: Hammill House Residential Aged Care Facility is committed to providing comprehensive care for older persons. Our person-centred approach empowers residents to actively participate in their care, ensuring it aligns with their needs, choices, and wishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate nursing, personal care workers, and multidisciplinary team activities.
  • Ensure continuity and quality of care for residents.
  • Manage practice outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture.

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will utilise your clinical knowledge and experience to deliver holistic, individualised resident care, enhancing well-being and quality of life in line with their care goals. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, contributing to continuous improvement through evidence-based decision-making and innovation.

With onsite Registered Nurses available 24/7, you will cultivate an environment of respect, dignity, and connection, where professional development is supported and encouraged.

This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced or aspiring nursing leaders to grow within a regional community that values inclusivity, where the people are at the heart of everything we do.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Current practicing certificate required.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
