About Hammill House: Hammill House Residential Aged Care Facility is committed to providing comprehensive care for older persons. Our person-centred approach empowers residents to actively participate in their care, ensuring it aligns with their needs, choices, and wishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate nursing, personal care workers, and multidisciplinary team activities.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care for residents.
- Manage practice outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture.
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will utilise your clinical knowledge and experience to deliver holistic, individualised resident care, enhancing well-being and quality of life in line with their care goals. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, contributing to continuous improvement through evidence-based decision-making and innovation.
With onsite Registered Nurses available 24/7, you will cultivate an environment of respect, dignity, and connection, where professional development is supported and encouraged.

Essential Criteria:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate required.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
