These include Emergency, Peri-operative, Renal Dialysis, Chemotherapy, Birthing, Outpatient Services, Acute Medical, and Acute Surgical care. The service also includes a co-located Residential Aged Care Facility – Hammill House.

The existing Emergency Department operates as a Code Stroke Thrombolysis centre, offering 24/7 access to CT imaging and radiology, ensuring timely, advanced care for patients requiring urgent intervention.

Port Pirie Regional Health Service operates with a highly skilled, values-driven leadership team and provides care to patients across a wide spectrum of acuity. As a designated up-transfer facility within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN), it plays a vital role in supporting smaller regional health sites.

The service is staffed by committed medical officers and experienced senior nursing professionals and is supported by a diverse team of allied health practitioners, all working together to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s individual goals.

It is further supported by on-site services including SA Medical Imaging, SA Pathology, SA Pharmacy, and SA Dental Services.
