The Curriculum Leader – Bachelor of Nursing provides leadership and oversight of the relevant nursing curriculum, to ensure it is developed, implemented and evaluated in line with educational and professional best practice, and compliant with internal and external accreditation requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Nursing you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.

On a typical day in this role you will:
Ensure the development, delivery and evaluation of the program is consistent with institutional priorities.
Consider and incorporate where possible, current new technologies and instructional design research and theory into learning experiences.
Lead development of appropriate delivery resources, including timetables, schedules and platform development.
Ensure equity of delivery across all modes and sites.
Partake in Academic advisory committee meetings and implement recommended strategies.
Develop documentation to support ANMAC accreditation submission and reviews.
Consult and collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external), including complaints resolution.
Any other duties related to the role directed by Head of Nursing.

This is a permanent full time role based in Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane or Adelaide 

Who are you?
To be successful in the Curriculum Leader – Bachelor of Nursing position you will have:
Current registration as Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA without conditions- mandatory.
Master of Nursing or Education or equivalent- mandatory.
Minimum of five years (recent) nursing experience.
TEQSA accreditation process experience- mandatory.
Project management or business management experience- desirable.
High level computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines
