What we’re looking for
- Short-term contracts to train clinicians on how to use ProVation; hospitals based in Gold Coast and Brisbane
- 5+ years’ experience in Endoscopy as a nurse.
- You are personable and familiar with health care professionals within an Endoscopy clinical environment.
- Ideally you have experience in a clinical environment with ProVation, Endobase documentation solutions.
- You enjoy teaching, training others, and sharing your knowledge.
- You enjoy technology, are technically competent, experienced working with IT systems
- You have the required skill sets to be able to problem solve and think on your feet.
- You are detail-oriented, extremely organised with strong administrative skills.

What we’ll need you to do
- Support the implementation and training process for clinics and hospitals that have purchased the ProVation Procedure Documentation Software- ProVation
- Provide training where required to health care professionals and IT staff on the functions of the ProVation software.
- Attend Endoscopy case lists and support staff on the efficient use of ProVation.
- Ensure timely communication of information and supporting materials to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep the respective persons apprised of itinerary, action items, messages, and relevant business issues, both internal and external.
- Model the teams’ high level of customer service (both to internal and external clients)
- Maintain appointments and schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and travel.
